EU high-risk third countries

Under EU anti-money laundering rules, obliged entities apply enhanced due diligence to business relationships and transactions involving countries on this list.

FATF increased monitoring

The jurisdiction has committed to an action plan with the FATF. The FATF does not call for enhanced due diligence, but encourages its members to take the information into account in their risk analysis.
